Co Founder of Layer Cine Wedding & Layer Studio

MBA and M.Com graduate, Rizwana Shaikh has been the backbone of Layer for over 12 years. She handles HR, client inquiries, meetings, finance, post-event coordination, and deliverables with sharp focus and care.
Along with operations, her creative side shines through photo and album editing—where she turns moments into meaningful memories with artistic precision. Her blend of management and creativity makes her an essential pillar of the studio.
Previously a college professor, Rizwana continues to follow her passion for teaching by mentoring students in photo and album editing also.passionate visual artist with over a decade of experience in professional photography and filmmaking. From luxury weddings to high-end commercial shoots, Nadim’s creative direction and storytelling skills have shaped Layer Studio into a brand known for elegance, precision, and innovation.
